CricPlus Security: How We Protect Your Account

CricPlus protects accounts with a security system that locks an account when it detects risky activity, such as one ID used on two devices at once or repeated failed logins. Locked accounts are unlocked only by official CricPlus Support on WhatsApp. The CricPlus Security Officer oversees these rules and reviews all safety advice on CricPlus.Support.

CricPlus.Support is an official CricPlus domain that gives existing CricPlus account holders secure login, live odds and account support on the same CricPlus platform.

What does the CricPlus Security Officer do?

The CricPlus Security Officer is the CricPlus role responsible for account security. The role:

  • reviews every help article on CricPlus.Support before it is published, checking that login steps and safety advice are accurate
  • oversees the account-security rules, including what locks an account
  • reviews reports of fake CricPlus sites and numbers passed on by CricPlus Support

Articles written by CricPlus Support are re-reviewed when the platform or its security rules change.

What locks a CricPlus account?

As of October 2026, the CricPlus security system locks or suspends an account when it detects any of these six actions. Only official CricPlus Support on WhatsApp can unlock it.

Trigger Why it's locked How to avoid it
Using the same ID on 2 or more devices at the same time It can mean someone else has your login Log out on one device before logging in on another
Any attempt to hack or modify the platform or app It puts the platform and other accounts at risk Use only an official domain, with no modified apps, scripts or add-ons
Multiple failed login attempts It can mean someone is guessing your password Check your username and caps lock, and stop after a failed attempt or two
Multiple IDs on the same device It can indicate account sharing or misuse Use one CricPlus ID per device
Multiple forgot-password attempts It can mean someone is trying to take over your account Send one reset request to WhatsApp support and wait for a reply
Any suspicious activity that could harm the platform It protects you and other account holders Keep your login private and never share your account

If your account is locked, stop trying to log in and message official support. For other problems, see CricPlus login ID not working.

How can I keep my CricPlus account safe?

These habits protect your account:

  • Use official domains only. Log in only on cricplus.support, cricplus.red, cricplus.help, cricplus.bz or cricplus.com.co. Check the official domains page and bookmark the address.
  • Check for HTTPS. CricPlus.Support loads over HTTPS. If your browser shows a security warning, do not log in.
  • Use one device at a time. Log out before switching devices.
  • Never share your password, including with "agents" or anyone claiming to be support.
  • Ignore unofficial agents and APKs. IDs come only from official WhatsApp support. Anyone selling IDs, offering a demo ID or sending an app file is not official.

How do I report a security issue or a fake CricPlus site?

Report it to official CricPlus Support on WhatsApp:

Chat with CricPlus Support on WhatsApp

Include a screenshot of the address or number. Report fake websites to Google Safe Browsing too. If you entered your password on a fake site, tell CricPlus Support straight away; if you paid money, contact your bank. See how to spot a fake CricPlus website.

What will CricPlus never ask you for?

CricPlus and CricPlus Support will never:

  • ask for your password or a one-time passcode (OTP)
  • ask for a payment to issue, verify or unlock a CricPlus ID
  • ask you to deposit money into a personal bank account or wallet
  • ask you to install remote-access or screen-sharing apps
  • contact you first from a different number claiming to be CricPlus
