How to Spot a Fake CricPlus Website and Keep Your Account Safe

The only official CricPlus website domains are cricplus.support, cricplus.red, cricplus.help, cricplus.bz and cricplus.com.co, as listed on our official domains page. Fake sites copy the design, use look-alike spellings and push you to WhatsApp "agents". Type the address yourself, check it letter by letter, and never share your password or pay to "unlock" an account.

CricPlus.Support is an official CricPlus domain that gives existing CricPlus account holders secure login, live odds and account support on the same CricPlus platform.

Key facts (as of October 2026)

  • Official domains: cricplus.support, cricplus.red, cricplus.help, cricplus.bz and cricplus.com.co. Any other domain is not official.
  • One support channel: official CricPlus support is WhatsApp only, through the Chat with CricPlus Support on WhatsApp link.
  • No agents, no demo IDs, no self-signup: CricPlus IDs and password resets are issued only through official WhatsApp support.
  • A padlock does not prove a site is official. Type the URL or use a bookmark.
  • Support never asks for your password, an OTP or a fee to issue or unlock an ID.

What is the official CricPlus website?

The official CricPlus website is any of the official domains: cricplus.support, cricplus.red, cricplus.help, cricplus.bz and cricplus.com.co. CricPlus has confirmed that CricPlus.Support is one of them. A site on any other domain is not official, however closely it copies the look of CricPlus.

CricPlus.Support keeps the current list on its official domains page. If a site, message or video gives you a "CricPlus link" that is not on that list, treat it as fake. See also why CricPlus.Support is the safe way to access your account.

Why do fake CricPlus sites exist?

Fake CricPlus sites exist to steal login details and money. A cloned login page records the username and password you type, and a fake "agent" or "support" number asks for deposits or fees paid to an account the scammer controls.

The pattern is well documented on trading platforms. HackRead reported on a cloned cryptocurrency exchange whose domain swapped one letter, an "i" for an "l". Its copied login page captured passwords and authenticator codes, and one victim told HackRead he lost about $2,000. A second clone was advertised so it appeared above the real site in search results.

For CricPlus account holders, the lesson is that a fake site can look identical to the real one and still rank in search. The address is the one thing a scammer can't copy exactly, so the address is what you check.

What are the 8 warning signs of a fake CricPlus site?

A site is very likely fake if its domain is not one of the official CricPlus domains, or if it shows any pattern below. CricPlus.Support lists patterns rather than specific sites, because scammers change domains often.

  1. Misspelled names or extra letters. Look for doubled letters ("criccplus"), swapped letters (an "l" for an "i"), or added words ("cricplus-vip", "cricplus-bonus-login").
  2. Hyphens, subdomains or unusual extensions. "cricplus.something-else.com" is not cricplus.com. Nor is a CricPlus name on any extension outside the official list.
  3. A login form that asks for an email, phone number or OTP. As of October 2026, the login form on official CricPlus domains asks for a username and password only (see the CricPlus login guide).
  4. Pressure to deposit to a personal account. Paying into an individual's bank account, wallet or payment handle is a scam signal, especially with a "today only" deadline.
  5. WhatsApp or Telegram "support" from a different number. Official CricPlus support is WhatsApp only, through the one link on the official domains. Any other WhatsApp number, or any Telegram account, is not CricPlus.
  6. Offers to sell IDs, "demo IDs" or agent deals. CricPlus has no agents and no demo login on CricPlus.Support, and IDs come only from official WhatsApp support. Anyone selling or "gifting" an ID is not official.
  7. "Bonus", "guaranteed win" or "fixed match" promises. Betting always carries a risk of loss. A site that promises otherwise is trying to rush you.
  8. APK downloads and missing contact details. A site that pushes an app file download, or names no verifiable operator or official channel, should not get your details. CricPlus.Support works in your phone's browser.

Does the padlock (HTTPS) mean a CricPlus site is safe?

No. The padlock means the connection between your browser and that site is encrypted. It says nothing about who runs the site. Anyone can get a security certificate, including someone running a fake CricPlus site.

A fake site can show the same padlock as CricPlus.Support, so check the domain name next to the padlock, not the padlock itself.

How do you verify you're on the official CricPlus.Support?

Check the exact domain, compare it with the official list, and confirm the login form asks for a username and password. These five steps take less than a minute.

  1. Type the address yourself. Enter cricplus.support directly in your browser instead of tapping links in messages, ads or search results. The KuCoin anti-phishing guide gives exchange users the same advice: type the address manually and avoid links from unofficial channels.
  2. Read the domain letter by letter. The name between "https://" and the next "/" must be exactly cricplus.support, cricplus.red, cricplus.help, cricplus.bz or cricplus.com.co. Watch for doubled letters, swapped letters and extra words.
  3. Compare it with the official list. Open the official domains page on a domain you trust and check that the site you're on appears there.
  4. Bookmark it and use a password manager. Once you're sure of the address, save it and use only the bookmark. HackRead notes that password managers usually autofill only on the site where the login was saved, so if yours won't fill in, check the address.
  5. Check the login form. The official form asks for your CricPlus username and password. If it asks for an email, phone number or one-time code, leave the page.

If your login still fails on a verified official domain, see why your CricPlus login ID might not be working.

How do you spot fake CricPlus support on WhatsApp or Telegram?

Fake CricPlus support usually reaches out first, offers something (an ID, a bonus, an unlock), and asks for a password, a code or a payment. Real CricPlus support is a WhatsApp chat you open yourself from the link on an official domain.

The two messages below are illustrative examples written by CricPlus.Support to show common scam patterns. They are not quotes from real conversations.

Illustrative example 1 (fake "agent") "Hello sir, I am official CricPlus agent. New ID + free demo ID ready. Just deposit to my account below and get 100% bonus. Offer closes tonight, reply fast."

Illustrative example 2 (fake "security team") "CricPlus Security: your ID is locked due to suspicious activity. To unlock, reply with your current password and the OTP we just sent, and pay a small verification fee. Install this screen-sharing app so our team can fix it."

Every line in these examples is a red flag. CricPlus has no agents and no demo IDs. Here is how official CricPlus support actually works:

  • You open the chat yourself, using the Chat with CricPlus Support on WhatsApp link shown on an official domain.
  • CricPlus IDs and password resets are issued only in that official WhatsApp chat.
  • Support may ask for your username so it can find your account.
  • Support will never ask for your password or an OTP, never ask for a fee to issue or unlock an ID, and never ask you to install a remote-access or screen-sharing app.

The US Federal Trade Commission's guide to recognising phishing gives the same advice: contact the company through a website or number you know is real, not the details in the message. For CricPlus, that means the link on the official domains page. See also CricPlus login support and account recovery.

What should you do if you entered your details on a fake CricPlus site?

Act fast. Contact official CricPlus support on WhatsApp for a password reset, stop all contact with the scammer, and report the fake site. The sooner you act, the less time a scammer has to use your details.

  1. Contact official support right away. Open the Chat with CricPlus Support on WhatsApp link and say you entered your details on a fake site. Password resets are issued only through this chat. Send your username, never your password.
  2. Expect a possible lock. The CricPlus security system can lock an account when the same ID is used on two or more devices at once, or after several failed logins. If a scammer tries your ID, your account may be locked to protect it. Official WhatsApp support handles unlocking.
  3. Stop talking to the scammer. Don't send more money, codes or screenshots, even if they threaten to "block" your account. If you reused the same password elsewhere, change it there too.
  4. Tell your bank or payment provider if you paid. Share the date, amount and the account you paid into.
  5. Report the fake site. Submit the address to Google Safe Browsing, which helps browsers warn other users, and to your country's cybercrime or consumer-protection service. In the US, the FTC directs reports to ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
  6. Check your device. If you installed an app or file the scammer sent, remove it and run a security scan, as the FTC recommends.

Once your account is secured, log in safely on CricPlus.Support using your bookmark.
